i found this recipe for cocoa layer cake in the february 2011 issue of bon appetit last week, and i made that baby ASAP. it is amazing — rich and cocoa-y and has three layers (!!!). it was also the perfect birthday cake for my big bro!! happy birthday e-boo! xoxo!
